Aeneas is proud to offer a customizable Email Filtering service called Aeneas Mail Manager for Aeneas e-mail addresses (yourname@aeneas.net or yourname@aeneas.com). Aeneas Mail Manager allows you to block unwanted and offensive Email [SPAM] from your Email, and gives you the ability to completely block future Emails from known offenders! This service is being provided FREE OF CHARGE to all existing Aeneas Internet Email subscribers. We want to empower you, the customer, to decide what is offensive and what is acceptable.

When an offending Email is detected it is redirected to the Aeneas Mail Manager for your review. This message center will let you view Email that has been Filtered and detained according to the rules you define. This Email can be accessed by going to http://mailmanager.aeneas.net. Aeneas Mail Manager is a Web based control center and is password protected. Only you can control this service. Using your Aeneas Email address and your private password you can visit the Aeneas Mail Manager and simply point, click and update your SPAM sensitivity level at any time.

We are also happy to include our Aeneas Email Virus Protection service. Aeneas Email Virus Protection service is a powerful real time tool rapidly monitoring and filtering Viruses from your incoming email. It looks for known viruses and stops them. Our Email servers will be updated several times daily with known Virus ID’s and will automatically block Viruses and other harmful attachments from entering your computer through your email.

This service is provided FREE OF CHARGE to all $18.95 per month or above Aeneas Internet customers.

For Aeneas family members who have one of our lower priced service offerings, Aeneas Email Virus Protection is available at the low cost of $1 per month in addition to your normal monthly fee. While this service is very powerful, it will perform best when used in conjunction with a local Virus protection program because Aeneas Email Virus Protection only blocks Viruses that transfer through Email.

To activate Aeneas SPAM Filtering services please visit your Aeneas Mail Manager located at http://mailmanager.aeneas.net. You will be able to login using your personal Email address and password. To have Aeneas Email Virus Protection activated on your account you will need to email nospam@aeneas.net or call one of our local office numbers.
