How do I set up a conference?
Call 731.554.9200 and talk to one of our salespeople. They’ll ask you to provide billing information, the date
and time of your conference, the length of time your conference will last, and the number of people involved. You’ll be given an 800 number as well as a PIN number to ensure the security of your conference.
Notify your conference participants of the conference time and login information, and you're set to go.
How do I take part in a conference?
You will be provided with an 800 number and a PIN number. Dial the 800 number, then enter your PIN when prompted.
Once your PIN is entered, you’ll be connected to the conference call. To leave the call, simply hang up.
Can I use my cell phone to take part in the conference?
You can dial in from any phone, including cell phones.
Do I have to be an existing Aeneas customer to set up a conference?
No, you don't have to be an existing customer to take advantage of the service.
What part of the country do you provide this service to?
This service is provided to businesses nationwide. You don't have to be located in a specific area to sign-up for or to participate in a conference.
If I’m an Aeneas customer, will the conference call appear on my regular Aeneas bill?
Yes.
What if the conference runs over its scheduled time?
The predetermined amount of time you set up starts and ends automatically, regardless of when you dial in or whether
you’re still talking. You will receive a warning message as your time draws to a close. If you realize your conference
call is going to run over, and would like to extend your time, you can call our offices. We would be happy to set up more
time for your call.
What if I don’t use all of my scheduled time?
Your set-up fee remains the same regardless of whether you use all your scheduled time. The per minute fee charged for each caller is only
charged for the actual number of minutes you use.
What if I get disconnected from the call?
Just re-dial the 800 number and your PIN to re-enter the conference.
